Jim BrownIn this audio excerpt, Jim Brown interviews longtime proa sailor and cruiser Lew McGregor. Here Lew talks about how he first got attracted to proas.

Lew extensively sailed his cruising proa, which he’d named “Simba,” for over 20 years. He often sailed with his wife and daughter (& even family dog) aboard!

In the complete audio, Lew shares some of his favorite memories of the boat. He and his family traveled down the intercoastal waterway a number of times in Simba and also to many of the Caribbean Islands.
