JimBrownJim Brown published a little multihull-oriented publication called “Wind Vane” in the 1970s. It mostly went out to builders/owners of his Searunner multihulls. It was billed as “The Bulletin of Seasteading, or … Self Sufficiency Afloat.”

One individual in possession of a few of these now decades-old booklets has scanned them into pdf and posted them on the web at the following address: http://sv-timemachine.net/2007/09/wind-vane/
